Registration to InCoB2018 has now been closed. Information below is only for record. Please do not make payments as per the following archived information anymore.


 

Registration includes registration kit (writing pad, pen, program schedule, abstract book or USB disk, conference bag etc.), access to lectures and cultural program (if any), lunch for three days and dinner for 26th and 27th September. It does not include accommodation costs.

All registered participants are also being covered under a General Accident Insurance for the conference venue.

 

 Refund policy: In most cases, registration fees are non-refundable. However, in particularly justified cases, a partial refund may be made on case to case basis through individual negotiation. Points to be considered for this purpose include time to the event and reasons for cancellation.

Partial registration fee waivers of not more than USD 100 for foreign and Rs 2000 for domestic delegates, not availing of any other discounts will be considered if the funding situation permits and applicants are judged to be under serious financial support for registration.
